witchfire-run provides financial education programmes for children and teenagers in Glasgow, including:

Eligibility

Our services are designed for children and teenagers aged 7-17. Parents or legal guardians must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal authority to enroll the child in our programmes
  • Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under their account

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment Process

Enrollment in our programmes requires:

  • Completion of the online enrollment form
  • Provision of accurate parent/guardian and child information
  • Agreement to these Terms of Use
  • Payment of applicable fees

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee:

  • Full refund available if requested after the first session and before the second session
  • No refund available after the second session has occurred
  • If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session:

  • Provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in forfeiture of that session
  • Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis

User Responsibilities

As a parent or guardian, you agree to:

  • Ensure your child attends scheduled sessions
  • Support your child's learning between sessions
  • Communicate any concerns or special needs to our instructors
  • Respect our instructors and other participants
  • Not record sessions without explicit written permission

Children participating in our programmes are expected to:

  • Attend sessions prepared and ready to learn
  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect
  • Participate actively and constructively
  • Complete any assigned activities or homework
