- No refund available after the second session has occurred
- If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session:
- Provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling
- Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in forfeiture of that session
- Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis
